It seems that the renovated rooms in the ancient convent are ready now, because we see Betty the soul of the castle showing people our restaurant which also serves as get together room and where we have our activities.
Yesterday we were busy to play Trivial Pursuit. It was quite difficult, but we were actually rather good. Our Mr. "I know everything", didn't know much, he is prisoner of his former job, Chemistry, physics, and math teacher. Beyond that, he seems to live in a different world.
The visitors were quite amazed that we were all able to answer these rather difficult general knowledge questions.
Luckily, they were gone when Mimmi woke up and explained her digestive problems to herself, asking everyone if we were constipated. Finally, a nurse came and took her somewhere else, as some of us complained. I told my 90 year old neighbor to cut my head off, if I arrive at this point. But she refused, she didn't want to go in prison for me 8
On Sunday when I woke up it was rather dark and it was nearly 9 am ! I thought I stay in Bed. But Rosie didn't agree and meowed until I got up. This little cat is terrorizing me !
I wondered why she behaved like a junkie running around sniffing in all corners and then I understood why ! I realized that the 4 kibbles I had left on the table were gone! So that meant Rosie could still jump on the table if she wanted, or she had found a way to jump from the sofa to the table. That of course made me happy. The kibbles were for cleaning teeth, but on Rosie it had a doping effect !
In the afternoon we played cards, UNO again, because it is just perfect for us because it's not too difficult, but not too simple either. The afternoon went quickly by, and suddenly we had to stop and leave the table for the supper.
