A few years ago a friend of mine who was very much interested in the Buddhism asked me to go there with her. She had made me curious and one day we drove to a little town called Huy, where a Tibetan institute and a real Tibetan temple is established in the Fond l’Évêque castle It is called Yeunten Ling institute. I was very much surprised by the beauty and serenity of the site. I had the impression to be in Tibet.

The castle "Tibet" is behind in the park

Dear Ingrid, your photos are beautiful, thank you so much for sharing. I have never been in a Buddhist temple before. I do sometimes share quotations on my blog by Tiny Buddha and Zen type quotes, which are very good and helpful, as they focus on being calm, which can help both our mental and physical health. The colours in your photos are beautiful and vibrant, and the atmosphere is very calming.
ReplyDeleteIt is so colourful in there! I really like it.
ReplyDeleteLovely, colourful photos. WE have a temple not far from from our village. It is very interesting to visit.
ReplyDeleteIt is enlivening to see other cultures being celebrated in familiar landscapes. It makes us think.
ReplyDeleteFascinating. So exotic!
